For fifty years, GBBN Architects has been a vanguard architectural firm in the Cincinnati region by focusing their business around four key pillars: arts/entertainment, education, healthcare, housing and workplace. But smart business sense is only one part of the equation for success. The other lies in GBBN’s unique culture which is best exemplified by their mantra:

Firm President, Bob Gramann goes into detail about what makes working at GBBN unique. He should know. He began his career at GBBN as a co-op from the University of Cincinnati in 1965, wasnamed Partner in 1972 and then named president of the 40-person, Cincinnati-based firm in 1996. Today the firm employs 110 people and has offices in Cincinnati, Lexington and Beijing, China.
