Wildflower Cafe named one of America’s 100 best wine restaurants

Small producers are changing the way they think of wine

The Wildflower Cafe, in Mason, has been named one of America’s Best Wine Restaurants in 2018 by the Wine Enthusiast. Executive chef and owner, Todd Hudson and his cafe are known for local eating and serving seasonal produced ingredients that are consumed in the area and season that it was harvested.

Wine Director, Annie Rusin, says “We are really excited about the small, boutique producers popping up all over the globe. They are changing the way we think of wine. Many are managing their own small vineyards by hand, and producing some really incredible values.”
