Nachos with a tri-state touch

The enterprising (and hungry!) folks at the Food Network have identified nachos that capture the wildly different personalities of all 50 states.

Closest to us (and with a uniquely Cincinnati flair), are the goetta nachos at Colonial Cottage in Erlanger. The meat-and-oat combo is browned and mixed with cheese sauce, bell peppers, sweet yellow onions, and jalapenos on top of tortilla chips.
