Locals Slow It Down for Food’s Sake
Greater Cincinnati's slow food movement has its share of local purveyors. From Slims in Northside to Virgil's in Bellevue, local chefs and restaurant owners are embracing slowing things down a little, bringing community and local farming together. And slowing things down not only tastes better, but its better for the environment, and might just be the new business model for local restaurants trying to ride out a tough year in the industry.
