Kendle International Inc. hires 75 employees with 100k grant from Ohio Department of Development

With a $100,000 state grant, pharmaceutical research firm Kendle International Inc.,  will begin buying equipment for a $4 million expansion in downtown Cincinnati.

Hiring 75 people and beefing up its global IT power are on the agenda at Kendle International Inc. A new $100,000 grant from the Ohio Department of Development will help the Cincinnati-based firm buy global IT equipment, networking team servers and other high-tech gear, all part of a $4 million expansion that’s on the drawing board. Kendle handles clinical research for pharmaceutical companies from its 46 locations in 25 countries.  Its downtown Cincinnati headquarters employs more than 500 and is still growing.
