DHL to expand again, adding 283 jobs

An incentive deal and expansion project at CVG has been approved by the Boone County Fiscal Court. DHL will expand its facility at CVG and create a new 193,000 square foot sorting facility. DHL is investing $47 million in the expansion after spending $22 million last year. With the new facility, DHL will add 283 new jobs; 120 of them will be full time positions. "It certainly means a potential good boost coming from DHL and added growth to the airport which is much needed," said Northern Kentucky Tri-ED president and CEO, Dan Tobergte.
