Covington, Kentucky-based real estate investment group Corporex Cos. LLC, and Village Green are about to start pre-leasing on Madison Place, 14-story, 187-unit luxury development along the Ohio River.

One- and two-bedroom floorplans are available, along with features like a tiered covered parking garage, 24-hour front desk security, a club room, fitness center, demonstration kitchen, coffee lounge, and even a pet spa.

People interested in renting a unit will get to tour through the project as if it were complete through a first-of-its-kind virtual reality (VR) experience. Created by Northern Kentucky resident Ryan Fellers, the virtual models of each apartment provide an immersive, highly-detailed tour of what the finished spaces will look like. Viewers can “walk” through each floorplan model and changing finishing styles with the click of a button.

The first units are expected to be finished by late 2019. To read more, click here.
