A group of 17 West Chester Township citizens has formed a PAC called Making Congress Accountable, Inc. in the hopes of getting Congress to pass the
American Energy Act.
The PAC has produced a four-and-a-half-minute video and
website, directing visitors to forward a provided letter promoting participation in the Energy Rally for America on September 8.
Those attending the rally will deliver pledges to their district congressional offices at noon, which will then be taken to Washington, DC by rally organizers.
The pledge asks Congress to be more accountable by passing legislation that provides energy solutions through American ingenuity, something that many feel should have been done before lawmakers went on vacation.
