Two NKU students win Ohio business plan competition

Gary Darna and Mark Gallondorn, two Northern Kentucky University entrepreneurship students, won the Ohio Entrepreneurship Competition for their web design and development company specializing in custom web-based software.

The students were awarded the Busch Business Plan Award following the plan competition and simulation, which also featured a variety of breakout sessions and guest speakers.

Chapter Zero, which has a regional office in Newport, works with clients such as Procter & Gamble, Digital Media Group, International Council of Shopping Centers and PrintFacility.

Twelve schools from Ohio, including the University of Cincinnati, competed along with NKU.
