The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has awarded a $14 million contract to Cincinnati-based Environmental Quality Management to clean up lead-contaminated soils at 1,000 residential properties in southeast Missouri.
$9.8 million of the contract money is coming from the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act and will provide a significant boost in business for the Cincinnati-based environmental consulting, engineering, remediation and construction management firm.
