Contingent Network Services lands $1 million deal with Applebee's franchisee

One of the largest operators of Applebee's restaurants has chosen Contingent Network Services to manage its information systems.  The deal with Thomas and King is worth about $1 million for Contingent, based in the Cincinnati suburb of West Chester. Contingent will deploy a virtual private broadband network to link all 97 Thomas & King locations by the end of 2008. The new network should allow for faster credit card processing, remote network monitoring, energy management and high-speed Internet access across all its locations.  Founded in 1984, Contingent Network Services designs, deploys, supports and manages data communications networks and systems.
