Xavier University recently formed the Graduate School of Business in its Williams College of Business, giving it the foundation to expand its business education offerings. Xavier has offered a master's in business administration program for some time, but creating a graduate school is expected to speed its growth and raise the visibility of Xavier's Williams College of Business. Raghu Tadepalli, associate dean of WCB, has been named dean of the graduate school. The grad school "will allow us to further enhance our MBA programs and serve the needs of our students and the business community," he says. The creation of a Graduate School of Business follows the same path as several other Jesuit schools, including Marquette, Loyola Chicago, Fordham, Gonzaga and the University of San Francisco.
