CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services works with pharma and biotech companies around the nation and the world, managing clinical trials of new drugs for critically and chronically ill patients. The Cincinnati-based company just reached its second international partnership in the last six months, announcing a link-up with ASKA Research, based in Vancouver, Canada. The deal gives CTI access to ASKA's Canadian staff, giving CTI customers the opportunity to expand trials into that country using local staff. ASKA will have access to CTI’s expertise in health care communications and continuing medical education. "This represents another step forward in CTI's global expansion," says Timothy Schroeder, CTI's president and CEO.
In December, CTI announced a strategic partnership with Neeman Medical International, a clinical research organization based in India. CTI's work focuses on the therapeutic areas of transplantation, including solid organ, bone marrow, and stem cells, infectious disease, hepatitis, end-stage organ disease, hematology and immunology. In addition to its clinical research services, CTI also provides drug development consulting services, professional
education and health care communication services.
