The CEO of the fastest automated bakery in the world will bring her passion and enthusiasm for her work to the region when she kicks off the Chellgren Pathways to Entrepreneurship Speaker Series at Northern Kentucky University. Cordia Harrington is president and CEO of The Bun Company, which produces a thousand, yes, buns a minute. She'll share how she built several successful companies from the ground up.
"It will be rewarding for the students as well as the regional business community to gain insight from such a successful entrepreneur," says Rebecca White, director of the NKU's Fifth Third Bank Entrepreneurship Institute. the speaker series, a series of luncheon events, is made possible by Paul Chellgren, former CEO of Covington-based Ashland, Inc. The event is Wednesday, Oct. 15, from noon to 1:30 p.m. and tickets can be ordered at the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce Web site.
