Nearly 10 jobs will be created when Delta Companies Group begins providing onsite packaging services to Cognis Corp.'s chemical complex in Cincinnati. Delta, a subsidiary of Delaware, Ohio-based Greif Inc., is building a packaging operation onsite, and when it's finished, it will fill Cognis products into quart and gallon packages, pails, kegs, drums and totes.
"This will be a model site easily capable of handling the breadth of products produced by Cognis and the multiple sizes of packages they require," says Dano Lister, a VP for Delta Companies Group. Cognis is a worldwide supplier of specialty chemicals and nutritional ingredients, with a focus on wellness and sustainability.
