Contingent Network Services has landed yet another contract.
This time the Cincinnati-based IT firm has settled on a $200,000 two-year WAN services contract with America's fifth largest pizza chain, Papa Murphy's.
Contingent will deploy its EverWorX Managed Service to Papa Murphy's 56 corporate stores with the potential to expand by offering similar services to Papa Murphy's abundance of franchises through the US and Canada – over 1,000 to be exact.

EverWorX is a nifty network indeed. It does more than unify telecom platforms, as Contingent throws in a 99% Uptime Service Guarantee. If service is suspended, clients do not pay.
And the service is solid. If a site crashes can be on-site in as little as two hours to repair a damaged circuit. Clients can also call Contingent's Technical Assistance Center 24/7/365.
"Contingent’s Service Level Agreement is best of breed. No one can provide the service guarantees that Contingent does," Trobaugh says.
