Cincinnati Children's ranked nation's 35th best place to work in healthcare

Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center (CCHMC) aims to heal and please. 

This is reflected in Modern Healthcare magazine’s first-time rankings of the nation’s 100 best places to work in healthcare, which place CCHMC at 35th. 

These rankings are based on hospital policies, practices, benefits and demographics, as reflected by a by responses from employers and employees.

Only four pediatrics hospitals in the country made the list, of which CCHMC placed a close second to the 29th ranked Children’s Memorial of Chicago.

High marks are not new to CCHMC, which has a track record of keeping its employees happy. 

Alongside being the only employer in greater Cincinnati on Modern Healthcare’s list, the Cincinnati Business Courier lauded CCHMC as the best place to work in greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky in 2004 and 2006, and made it a finalist in 2007 and 2008.
