Kroger expands south, brings jobs to Georgia

The Cincinnati-based company will employ 410 people in the metro Atlanta area. 

Kroger, along with Ocado Solutions, a company that specializes in robotics, automation and other technologies, is building a distribution center in the Forest Park neighborhood of Atlanta.

The new facility will create 410 jobs to the area and “bring customers across the coverage area fresher food faster than ever before,” according to Kroger Atlanta division president Tim Brown.
