Visitors enjoy good food, brews, and music

A North Carolina writer and his wife recently chose Cincinnati as a vacation destination based on six travel criteria, including within a few day’s drive, walkable upon arrival, good music and breweries, and sports. Oh, and he wanted a place they’ve never visited.

Despite questioning looks from coworkers, the couple enjoyed Riverbend, a Bengals game, Taft’s Ale House, Kitty’s Sports Grill, Rhinegeist, and the Purple People Bridge. He also cited interesting and welcoming people as a reason to return.
