Cincinnati airport rated ‘better than most’

J.D. Powers & Associates has just ranked the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport as one of the best mid-size airports in the country due to a new passenger satisfaction survey. In particular CVG received the highest ratings for food and retail services, accessibility, check-in service, security check, terminal facilities, and baggage claim services.  CVG was compared with 20 other airports nation-wide that serve between 10 million and 30 million passengers annually.
