Cincinnati receives grant for ‘green’ vehicles

The City of Cincinnati received a $122,000 grant from Clean Fuels Ohio to help add 18 new alternative fuel vehicles to the city’s ever-greening fleet. The City will add eight hybrid-electric vehicles and 10 propane-powered vehicles in place of existing gasoline-powered vehicles.  City officials hope to eventually convert all applicable vehicles to hybrids as they are replaced.
