Afidence opens doors to new jobs in Mason

Ray and Barney, a Columbus-based business consulting organization, had a small presence in Cincinnati for several years. But the company is poised to increase their impact on the tri-state business community, by opening Afidence, a consulting firm spun off from Ray and Barney. Their new office is located at 516 West Main in Mason. Bryan Hogan, President of Afidence, looks forward to the firm’s rapid growth. “We have fifteen consultants today, with three open positions right now. We hope to double in growth by the end of 2011.” Afidencce helps businesses get more value out of their IT investment, and improves worker productivity through process automation. Hogan feels that knowledge transfers and project management are particular strengths of his team. He timed the Nov. 16 opening to coincide with a trade show in Dayton. Hogan has been with Ray and Barney Group since its inception in 2001. He’s worked in consulting since 1990, after getting his start with Dean Witter Financial.
