Beyond the Curb hosts urban living tour in Newport Sept. 27
Beyond the Curb's series of one-day self-guided urban living tours through residential and commercial properties in Northern Kentucky river cities returns Sunday, Sept. 27, featuring 12 unique Newport properties.
Beyond the Curb, an initiative of The Catalytic Fund, encourages urban living by showcasing and marketing Northern Kentucky’s river cities as one special urban area with a wide array of residential product types and amenities that uniquely cater to an assortment of lifestyles.
Beyond the Curb is a series of one-day self-guided urban living tours that provide rare opportunities to explore the interiors of several residential and commercial properties in various neighborhoods in each river city. Guests will also experience the urban lifestyle as they discover convenient amenities, local businesses and the strong sense of community that exists in Northern Kentucky.
The next event is Sunday, Sept. 27, when 12 Newport properties will be open for touring between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door.
