Open Newsroom host Kathryne Gardette speaks with John Mitchell, President/CEO of the
Cincinnati Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired
. The organization has been located in Walnut Hills since 1968 and has been in operation since 1911. Its mission is to empower the blind or visually impaired with opportunities to seek independence, to provide employment opportunities, and to remove barriers through technology, training and information resources.
