Ruh joins Al Neyer, Inc. as VP of real estate development
Al Neyer, Inc. has hired Daniel P. Ruh as Vice President of Real Estate Development.Ruh will be charged with starting new commercial development and increasing market share for the 115-year-old commercial real estate and design-build firm.To build the business in a down economy, Ruh’s new position will require hard work and creative thinking.”The first half of 2009 will be an especially challenging one in which to complete any development deals,” says Ruh. “Good deals – the ones that advance a client’s mission and generate long-term value – can still get financed.
