Cincinnati-based YARD & Company, a relatively new urban growth firm, recently helped Cleveland area redevelopers devise a plan to turn South Euclid’s Mayfield and Green intersection into a downtown district.
YARD & Company suggests that South Euclid begin its revitalization program by building a demand for destinations and proceeding deliberately over the next three years.
