The Strietmann Center in Over-the-Rhine is expanding on a global level. Saatchi/Saatchi X, Inc., owned by Paris-based Publicis, is expanding its original lease of the sixth floor to include 15,202 square feet on the fifth floor, and London-based Parker Williams, a branding/graphics design company, will open its first U.S. office in the building.
Everything But the House, a local company with global offices, moved there in January as well.
Aside from being one of the few Cincinnati buildings with an LEED GOLD certification, the location is attractive thanks to easy access via car, streetcar, metro, red bikes, Uber, taxis, and its proximity to Interstates 75 and 71.
