Nicollette Staton, Cincinnati’s new chief performance officer and director of the Office of Performance and Data Analytics, has big plans to expand their innovation work. She hopes to continue new partnerships that are being forged with places like What Works Cities, and expand the city’s heroin overdose tracker to include county and regional data.
Their work so far — particularly through its CincyInsights platform — has not gone unnoticed, establishing the area as a leader in data and analytics for mid-sized cities.
“We’re now starting to see the local community in areas that aren’t around government come to us,” Staton says.
