Charles Street Investment Partners’ recently received a $38 million construction loan for a multifamily development in Over-the-Rhine. The 155-unit building on Sycamore Street, designed by NBBJ in Seattle, will also feature 12,500 square feet of retail space as well as a 3,611-square-foot office component.
The seven-story project will include four residential units, styled as “townhomes,” with individual street entrances, plus an amenity deck on the third floor with a pool, barbecues, and a fire pit, as well as a dedicated two-level garage for residents.
