Desirable locations with quality office space — from the central business district to the northern suburbs — experienced a leasing spike in early 2019 due to Cincinnati’s decade of work to create a city that attracts developers and innovators.

The most active areas are to the north, with five new business leases that will fill a total of 203,000 square feet, reducing vacancies to about 12 percent. Closer to the city, the Cincinnati Innovation District in the medical and scientific research corridor is booming, with three new developments by Neyer Properties and Kulkarni Properties set to be completed by 2021, joining the 1819 Innovation Hub and UC’s “digital futures” building.

Multiple projects that will reduce vacancies downtown are in the works as well. To read more, click here.
