MVAH Partners will develop workforce housing in Michigan

The company will turn two lots into apartments designed for young professionals with their first job or people in the workforce who work in the service industry, or just families who are of a moderate income.

Cincinnati developers MVAH Partners have acquired two properties in Jackson, Michigan, and have plans to build an affordable apartment complex.

The property, called The Greenwood, will be a three-story, 51-bedroom development targeting young professionals in their first jobs, people who work in the service industry, or families who make a moderate income.
