The BASF facility in Cincinnati, Ohio, is looking for applicants to participate in the company’s North American Apprenticeship Development Program (NAADP). The new program aims to attract more minorities and women to manufacturing roles through a 24-month program that combines academics with on-the-ground training.

Hopefully, this will create a pipeline of employees to support a diverse technician workforce.
