The developers of the Banks now have until February 29 to secure $74 million in financing for the project’s first phase.

The developers of the Banks now have until February 29 to secure $74 million in financing for the project’s first phase.

According to the Cincinnati Enquirer, Carter & Associates Commercial Services and the Dawson Company needed the extra month to finalize deals with possible investors and are preparing to accept bids from small, women- and minority-owned companies for the projects construction.

The developers still plan to break ground within the first quarter of this year.
