By mid-summer, hundreds of new jobs will be available to residents of Northern Cincinnati and Dayton, when Amazon leases 87,000 square feet in the Kettering Business Park.

The building, owned by Cincinnati real estate developer TW Development Group, will be converted into a distribution center for the retail giant, which plans to sign a 10-year lease on the property.

Jim McCarthy, partner at TW Development Group, said TW Development will invest a total of $8.3 million to build out the interior of the facility; create 750 parking spaces; dock modifications, and other improvements. Turnbull-Wahlert Construction Inc. in Cincinnati will complete work.
