Cities are looking to Cincinnati to boost their innovation ecosystems and accelerate their overall growth.

In places like Houston, a former 1939 Sears building will be fully renovated and repurposed as an anchor to their new Midtown Innovation District, which will hopefully attract and support talent, startups, state-of-the-art resources, networking, training, and programs, similar to what Cincinnati did with another abandoned Sears building when the UC 1819 Innovation Hub was built.
