A 297-unit apartment community near the University of Cincinnati will get a facelift
Vision & Beyond Capital Investments acquired Clifton Colony and will invest $5 million in improvements to the building and surrounding community.
Vision & Beyond Capital Investments has acquired the 297-unit multifamily community, Clifton Colony. It’s one of the neighborhood’s largest apartment complexes close to UC, hospitals, and I-75.
They plan to invest $5 million to install new HVAC and windows, add updated amenities to vacant units, and enhance landscaping in the area. No tenants will be displaced during the renovations.
