An Alabama-based developer has taken note of Cincinnati’s economic development.
Arlington Properties, a Birmingham-based real estate company, is expanding to two Ohio cities — Cincinnati and Columbus. Tapestry on the River in metro Cincinnati will be a luxury multifamily community with 263 units and 262,566 square over a total of four buildings with elevators, a resident clubhouse, a resort-style pool, thirty-six garages, and ample resident parking, among other features.
William C. Morris, vice president of development for Arlington, explains why they chose Cincinnati: “Continued job growth and diversified economies are exactly what we look for when evaluating development potential.”
