About 15 new jobs will be created when Sencorp consolidates into a new corporate headquarters in Union Township. Privately-owned Sencorp is the holding company of several subsidiary companies and affiliates in the manufacturing and marketing of fastening systems in the commercial and residential construction industries. The company has manufacturing operations around the world, including Ohio, Colombia and China.  It’s the parent of Senco, a Cincinnati-based maker of power fastener systems used in home construction and remodeling. The company is buying new machinery and equipment to support the consolidation of its non-manufacturing units into the new headquarters and received a $315,000 state grant to help with the $19 million project to expand and relocate from Newport, Ky.
