Cincinnati’s second annual Diner en Blanc drew 1,750 people clad in all white attire and tablescapes to six surprise locations, including OTR’s Washington Park, Saturday night. Guests carried their own tables, chairs, fine china and silverware, linens and gourmet picnic baskets for the event that originated in Paris more than 25 years ago.
