Area schools among the country’s top 100 high schools

Two Greater Cincinnati high schools have been ranked among the nation’s 100 best in the latest list from U.S. News & World Report.

Cincinnati Public Schools’ Walnut Hills High School came in at No. 92 on the publication’s Best High Schools list, while Wyoming High School was No. 99. The two local high schools were the highest rated in Ohio.

Other local schools that received the publication’s gold medal rating were Indian Hill High School (No. 3 in the state, No. 175 in the nation), Madeira High School (No. 6 in the state, No. 278 in the nation), Turpin High School (No. 10 in the state, No. 307 in the nation) and Mariemont High School (No. 16 in the state, No. 412 in the nation).
