Ellen Katz joined The Greater Cincinnati Foundation as President/CEO in May, taking over for the highly respected Kathy Merchant. Katz recently shared some great news, announcing that the foundation was entrusted with a record-breaking $100 million in gifts in 2015. GCF’s previous high for generosity by individuals, families and companies was $85 million in 2014.

The Greater Cincinnati Foundation recently produced this video as an introduction to Katz’s leadership role and a rededication of the power of philanthropy to change the lives of people and communities.
