Cincinnati to participate in charitable Tap Project

During the week of March 16-22, Cincinnati will be among around a dozen other cities participating in the Tap Project, a charitable campaign to provide clean drinking water in the third world.

During the week of March 16-22, Cincinnati will be among around a dozen other cities participating in the Tap Project, a charitable campaign to provide clean drinking water in the third world.

According to the New York Times, diners at participating restaurants will be encouraged to donate $1 or more each time they order tap water instead of bottled water.

All proceeds go to UNICEF in recognition of the United Nations’ World Water Day.
