Industrial progress in northern suburbs expected to continue through 2019

An abundance of flat land in proximity to I-75 makes Butler and Warren counties attractive to developers.

Butler and Warren counties saw big industrial growth in 2018, which is expected to continue through 2019 as well, thanks to the amount of easily developed land in the area.

While the Butler-Warren area is about one third of the entire Cincinnati market in volume, it constituted more than half of construction efforts in the region last year.

In the northern Hamilton County communities along I-75, the locations for growth are more plentiful, the land is flat, and the ability to secure labor is relatively easy.
