Madisonville named Cincinnati’s top neighborhood

Real estate firm Redfin recently released its national list of hottest neighborhoods. In Cincinnati, Madisonville came in on top, with Clifton and Madeira a close second and third.

Although not based on things like job growth, redevelopment projects or homeownership, Redfin’s list of hottest neighborhoods is a prediction based on recent pageviews and favorites on its own website. The list reflects what neighborhoods and housing options people are looking at, and then ranks the cities based on those searches.
