Northern Kentucky University and CinciMedia have launched a new virtual effects work-study program at the company’s headquarters in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Northern Kentucky University and CinciMedia have launched a new virtual effects work-study program at the company’s headquarters in Vilnius, Lithuania.

According to a media release, the program is designed to extend the study and application of computer-generated images typically seen in major motion picture, commercials, fine art and engineering projects.

Students in NKU’s Media Informatics program will have the added benefit of working alongside some of the industry’s top talent to produce a series of cutting-edge animation projects.

CinciMedia CEO Karl Treier will help the company develop talent from the Greater Cincinnati region while growing its business.
