Haile/US Bank Foundation and the American Sign Museum decided they had a job to finish in Northside. A second installation of nine additional signs was once again introduced on Black Friday of 2013 to the already existing signage from 2012’s first ever CoSign initiative. And, boy, did it leave a mark.
