Happy Birthday M.H.
October 12

1908 was a year of many occurrences: William Howard Taft won the U.S. Presidential election, the beauty Bette Davis was born, Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid were killed in Bolivia and Cincinnati’s Memorial Hall  was built. Come celebrate Memorial Hall’s centennial this Sunday with a day full of historic events including music, informative presentations, civil war reenactments and a traditional German Saengerfest. To wrap up the 100th birthday celebration, Memorial Hall will take us all back to the 1940’s with a USO dance. Bust out the Zoot Suits and Rita Hayworth sweaters to celebrate 100 years of serving our Vets! All events are open and free to the public with the exception of $10 to attend the dance. Festivities begin at 11am!
