King Records 65th Anniversary Concert and Exhibit
Who says all you can do in a library is read? To help commemorate King Records’ 65 years of music industry greatness, the Main Library invites us to take a step back in time with their free summer concert. Artists from various R&B, Soul, and Rock bands like the Elliot Ruther Trio will revive King classics “ Signed, Sealed and Delivered,” Sixty Minute Man,” Train Kept a Rollin,” and many, many more on Sunday. Festivities are part of the King Records: A Cincinnati Legacy exhibit which runs through Sept. 4. Dust off the vinyl records and get ready to relive lives of music greats like Cowboy Copas, The Delmore Brothers, and of course James Brown.
